Terms and Conditions of Use

PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS SYSTEM OR SUBSCRIBING TO SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be 18 years or older to use the service.
2. Definitions
“System” refers to this website/software. “GLC” means General Law Consultants. “Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions, including related policies.
3. Subsidiary and Payment Handling
The platform https://app.advodeck.com (“Advodeck”) is a digital product and wholly owned subsidiary of GLC (General Law Consultants). All subscription payments and service charges on Advodeck are collected and processed by GLC’s primary platform https://onlineglc.com. Invoices and support are issued by OnlineGLC on behalf of Advodeck.
4. Licence to Use
You may view and download pages for personal or professional use. Republishing, reselling, or unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
5. Registration & Accounts
Users must register with a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.
6. Login Details
You must not share or misuse login credentials. GLC is not liable for unauthorized account use.
7. Services
Advodeck provides legal productivity tools. Features and functionality may change without prior notice.
8. Members Area Usage
The members area is for legal collaboration. Users must not post confidential or unlawful content. GLC reserves moderation rights.
9. Membership Terms
Only Indian advocates or law firms may register. GLC may modify, suspend, or terminate access as needed.
10. Office Charges (Membership)
No membership fee is charged until registration of the first 300 cases. Charges thereafter: ₹500/month, ₹1,400/quarter, ₹2,600/half-year, ₹5,000/year.
11. Subscription & Billing
Recurring subscription fees apply for certain features. Payments are collected via OnlineGLC and subject to the pricing policy.
12. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered if a dispute is raised within 7 calendar days of payment. GLC reserves full discretion over refunds. Disputes raised after 7 days will not be entertained.
13. Prohibited Actions
You must not use the platform for illegal purposes, transmit malware, or interfere with system operation. Data scraping and marketing without consent are prohibited.
14. Your Content
User-submitted content must comply with legal, ethical, and professional standards. No defamation, copyright violations, or illegal content allowed.
15. Data Protection
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. GLC takes appropriate steps to safeguard your information.
16. Intellectual Property
All content and software belong to GLC. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without prior written consent.
17. Acceptable Use
Use of the system must not impair its availability or harm others. GLC reserves the right to restrict access for abuse.
18. Limited Warranties
GLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform is provided 'as is'.
19. Guarantees & Availability
Service uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues, or misuse may lead to temporary disruptions.
19A. Service Continuity Disclaimer
All services are provided 'as is' and there is no guarantee that any service, feature, or functionality will continue to be available in the future. GLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its services at any time without prior notice.
20. Liability Limitations
GLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruption.
21. Liability (Reiterated)
You agree not to hold GLC or its employees personally liable for any service-related loss or dispute.
22. Exemption from Criminal Liability
GLC, its employees, and affiliates are not criminally liable for any misuse of the platform by users. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws. Any illegal activity conducted using the platform is the sole responsibility of the offending user.
23. Breaches
If you breach these Terms, GLC may suspend your account, delete your data, or report misconduct to the authorities.
24. Variation
GLC may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
25. Assignment
GLC may transfer its rights or obligations. You may not assign your account without written approval.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms and related policies constitute the full agreement between you and GLC regarding use of the platform.
27. Final Provisions
If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. GLC’s failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
28. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Naya Gaon, Mohali, Punjab.
