
📜 Referral Program Policy

Purpose
The Referral Program is designed to reward existing users for bringing new users to the platform and to encourage organic growth.
Eligibility
Open to all registered users with an active account. Referred users must be new and should not have an existing account. Self-referrals or multiple accounts for the same person are not allowed.
Referral Mechanism
Each user is provided with a unique referral link or code. The referral link/code should be shared with friends or colleagues. Rewards are triggered when a referred user completes their first qualifying transaction.
Referral Rewards
Referrer: Receives 10% of the net amount successfully received from the referred user’s transaction. Rewards are credited to the referrer’s wallet and can be withdrawn as cash via bank transfer. Referee (optional): May receive a signup bonus such as wallet credit or discount.
Reward Conditions
Rewards are valid only if the referred user completes a successful transaction. Failed, refunded, or disputed transactions will not generate referral rewards. Rewards are non-transferable and must be withdrawn to a verified bank account.
Limits
No fixed limit on the number of referrals, unless specified by the platform. The platform may introduce monthly or lifetime caps if required.
Fraud & Abuse
Any attempt to exploit or manipulate the referral program, including fake accounts or self-referrals, will lead to disqualification. The platform reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or recover rewards in case of fraud.
Taxes & Compliance
Users are responsible for any tax implications arising from receiving referral rewards.
Policy Updates
The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice. Updates to the referral program policy will be posted on the platform’s official website or app.
